• Accredited diplomas and notarized certificates upon successful completion of academic requirements.

2. Enrollment and Admissions

• Eligibility: Enrollment is open year-round for students from Pre-K through 12th grade.

• Requirements: To enroll, families must comply with the pedagogical and academic goals defined by the Academy. This includes providing necessary documentation such as previous academic records and identifying information.

• Admissions Process: Participation in our program is subject to an admission process to ensure the student’s needs align with our flexible learning model.

3. Academic Integrity and Progress

• Self-Paced Model: While Hökku Academy offers a flexible schedule, students are expected to cover the required learning standards to receive official credit.

• Evaluations: Students must complete exams, assignments, and projects to demonstrate proficiency. Academic honesty is mandatory in all submissions.

• Accreditation: Our certificates are internationally valid and recognized through our accreditation protocols (Cognia/SACS CASI).

4. Fees and Payments

• Tuition: The standard tuition fee is $750 USD per month (unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement).

• Inclusions: Tuition covers access to the learning platform and core digital materials. No hidden fees apply for standard technology use within the platform.

• Refund Policy: Terms regarding cancellations or refunds should be discussed during the initial consultation call and will be governed by the specific enrollment agreement signed by the parent/guardian.

5. Use of the Platform

• Users agree to use the Hökku Academy platform only for lawful educational purposes.

• Login credentials are personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

• Hökku Academy reserves the right to suspend access to the platform in cases of academic misconduct, non-payment, or violation of these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content included on this website and within our curriculum (text, graphics, logos, videos, and software) is the property of Hökku Education, LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Hökku Academy provides a digital learning environment; however, we do not guarantee specific academic results, as success depends on student participation, effort, and adherence to the program. We are not liable for technical issues arising from the user’s internet connection or hardware.
